If there is a fiber cut, the minimum downtime is 3-4 hours, but we are always right on it and we fix it much quicker. If there is a fiber cut in the late night hours, then it will be fixed next day only, since residential fiber customers are not paying for priority support.
If you are a business user, its recommended to go for wireless backup from us, which would cost you extra 5000 INR, so even if the fiber gets cut, there wont be any downtime.
