• - Installation Charges is Rs. 1500 per user. If a subscriber subscribes yearly plan, then Installation will be free.
• - Customer premises equipment are sole property of speedup only.
• - Stolen/Theft if any is the responsibility of the customer.
• - Cable Length beyond 20 meters will be charged Rs. 20 per meter and to be paid to engineer at installation.
• - Speed is upto ISP node.
• - Maximum500GB usage per month for subscribers having a plan of 4Mbps or above.
• - KTPL reserves all right to modify the plan tariff of user agreement at any point of time without any prior notice.
• - All plans exclusive of service tax.
